Paul is the Managing Director of Conrad Merrin, and is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager

Nick Beynon BSc (hons) MCIOB MAPM
Nick is a member of The Chartered Institute of Building and is our consultant surveyor, specialising in surveys.

Charlie Grace BSc (hons) MRICS
Charles is a consultant chartered surveyor specialising in house surveys, party wall matters and professional work.

Mike Beck HNC (Architecture)
Mike has extensive residential, commercial and industrial design experience and provides architectural design support.
