We specialise in preparing plans for residential extensions and commercial refurbishment projects.

We will advise on which permissions, consents and approvals are required, and provide you with an estimate for our design work.

Stage 1 - Site visit
We will visit the site and discuss your design requirements.

Stage 2 - Survey and plans
We will carry out a measured survey and prepare existing plans and sketch proposals.

Stage 3 - Statutory consents
When the sketch proposals are agreed, detailed drawings are completed and submitted for planning and building control approvals.

Project Supervision
We will also obtain competitive quotes from builders to undertake the work if required and manage your project to completion (see Project Management).
